Multiple vinyl record albums piled all together

After yesterday’s blog post, which took 2 hours and a lot of contortions to write (and probably a few contortions to read!), I’m going to make this short and sweet.  Just a few quick excellent youth services archives to share with you:

If you haven’t yet had a chance to listen to it, check out Katherine Schoof’s excellent webinar for the South Central Library System Going the Distance:  Programs for Teens and Tweens about connecting with teens and tweens (even in the time of COVID-19).  It involves spontaneous singing, lots of great ideas, and plenty to think about.

Just this week some more Wisconsin superstars presented a Youth Services Programming Palooza webinar about the why, where, how, what, and who of pivoting our programs.  Lots of great practical ideas about programs, learning to be more intentional, thinking about easy steps to make things more accessible, and reaching new audiences.

And School Library Journal’s Day of Dialogue was held on May 27.  The archive is available for free, so if you need some recharging with listening to conversations with authors (I can almost guarantee there will be at least one you admire), check it out.
