Call for proposals: WLA Conference 2025

(editor’s note: IFLS staff can help if you’d like to present but need a little guidance or support. Submit a HelpDesk ticket!)

Have an idea, program, or experience others could learn from?
The 2025 WLA Annual Conference will be held October 28–31, 2025 at the Madison Marriott West in Middleton, WI with the theme “Be the Change.” Library workers from all backgrounds, library types, and career stages are encouraged to submit proposals—especially first-time presenters and those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, or disabled.

Session Details:

  • 60-minute in-person breakout sessions
  • Up to 4 presenters and 1 moderator
  • Each presenter can be part of up to 2 sessions
